Founded by the Charlie Rabbit Athletic Foundation, in partnership with Psychotic Rabbit X-treme Sports Agency and funded by a list of private donors.

Submitted after anti-bullying assembly presented by Charlie Rabbit Athletic Foundation & the Psychotic Rabbit Parachute Stunts Staff, October 30th, 2022 at West Lake High School, Thousand Oaks, California. Art selected as winning piece to represent the "Vigilant Against the Malicious" anti-bullying & harassment campaign, a peaceful but vigilant campaign to stop suicide post bullying.
